Avila Financial, LLC has an agreement with a corporate real estate pension fund and several wealthy real estate professionals who desire to invest their capital in various types of business-purpose real estate loans. Avila Financial, LLC has significant expertise in real estate finance with over 30 years of experience financing all types of commercial and residential real estate. We review the loans submitted to us to determine if they meet the investment requirements of our sources of capital. If we are interested, we inspect each property and meet directly with each borrower. We will respond with our initial terms for the transaction within 48 hours of meeting with the borrower. The amount of due diligence is determined by the particulars of each transaction. Avila Financial, LLC then coordinates an escrow closing between the borrower and the pension fund or individual. We are a reliable, efficient, knowledgeable source of private funds.


Real Estate Loans

Avila Financial, LLC provides business-purpose short term loans secured by all types of real estate. Each loan is structured according to its unique requirements. Loan terms are generally 12 months or less. Loan amounts are $100,000 - $1 million. The interest rate will be equal to a negotiated margin plus the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate changing as the prime rate changes. A loan fee will be charged and will be based on the complexity, risk and term of the loan.


Secured Note Acquisitions

Avila Financial, LLC will purchase seasoned or unseasoned, real estate secured notes. The purchase price will depend on the note rate, security, term, and repayment structure.
